Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our Milan atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
